• Act as the main liaison between R&D teams and external designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project scope, technical requirements, and design intent. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Facilities, Legal, Finance, Procurement) to gather and prioritise requirements and maintain clear communication across all parties. • Support schedule and scope management by tracking milestones, monitoring changes, and assessing impacts on cost, timeline, and risk. • Prepare project updates and risk summaries for senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making. • Manage meeting workflows, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking. • Maintain audit-ready technical, contractual, and design documentation in line with Huawei governance standards. • Assist procurement activities by reviewing purchase requests, clarifying scopes, supporting vendor qualification, and coordinating with Legal and Procurement teams.
