Context: The surge in property costs, coupled with the trend of young individuals delaying marriage, has made sharing living spaces a common practice amongst urban youth. Nevertheless, the quest for an apt roommate who shares similar interests can be quite a challenge.
An application needs to be developed for the post-millennial population, aiding them in finding perfect living partners within the confines of Beijing.
This application should fulfill the following criteria:
1. Capability of identifying others in search of shared accommodation.
2. Display extensive details to deduce the compatibility of prospective roommates.
3. Offer a way for further communication if there's mutual interest.
